In February 1942 Singapore fell to the Japanese army, beginning three and a half years of occupation. This private tour follows that story across the island by car: Fort Canning Hill, where the British command decided to surrender; the Civilian War Memorial; the Kranji War Cemetery, where Allied soldiers rest; and the Changi Chapel and Museum, which tells the story of the prisoners of war held at Changi.
Good to know: the Changi Chapel and Museum is closed on Mondays, so this tour runs Tuesday to Sunday. Please dress respectfully for the memorials.
